  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute mushroom, till water is drained.
  • Add soy, ketchup and chilli sauce to it.
  • Add salt and stir well.
  • Add chopped ginger, garlic, onion and capsicum.
  • Add pepper powder and mix well.
  • Keep the flame on medium level, till the above ingredients get sauted.
  • :- Make sure the water from the mushroom is completely drained.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot with ghee rice.

    How can you cook mushrooms until dry on medium flame? I never heard a chinese recipe using medium/low flame cooking. It should be on extreme hot flame.

    Make a paste of maida, corn flour and salt using water. Take a tsp of ginger and garlic paste and add it to the paste. Dip the mushrooms in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside. Heat oil in another pan and add the left ginger.
