  • Marinate fish with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces after dusting in maida or all purpose flour. Keep the fried fish aside.
  • In the same oil saute garlic, ginger, green chillies and onions.
  • Add soy sauce and tomato sauce. Stir in fried fish.
  • Add water and cover with a lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • If the gravy is loose, add 1 tbsp of corn flour mixed with water and heat in low to medium flame until the gravy is thick.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or nan.
