Water
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add the spices and simmer the flame.
When aroma comes, add the vegetables and rice and fry for 2 - 3 mins.
Add salt and garam masala powder.
Add water and allow it to boil on a high flame.
Simmer the flame again.
Cover the vessel with a lid and cook for about 15 - 20 mins.
