Spinach Puri

Easy to make pooris with Spinach and yum to taste

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
  • Milk for kneading the dough
  • Salt As reqd
  • Sugar A little
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  • Blanch the spinach leaves.
  • Blend the blanched spinach leaves along with salt and sugar in a mixer grinder to make a smooth paste.
  • Mix together wheat flour and maida well.
  • Add the spinach paste and mix well.
  • Knead it to make a stiff dough with milk.
  • :- Do not use water for kneading.
  • Keep the dough for about an hour.
  • Divide the dough into small balls.
  • Roll them into small poories.
  • Deep fry them in oil.
