Wheat flour

Allpurpose flour
Maida
Milk for kneading the dough
Salt
As reqd
Sugar
A little
Oil for frying
Instructions
Wash the spinach thoroughly.
Blanch the spinach leaves.
Blend the blanched spinach leaves along with salt and sugar in a mixer grinder to make a smooth paste.
Mix together wheat flour and maida well.
Add the spinach paste and mix well.
Knead it to make a stiff dough with milk.
:- Do not use water for kneading.
Keep the dough for about an hour.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll them into small poories.
Deep fry them in oil.
