Easy to make pooris with Spinach and yum to taste
Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- Blanch the spinach leaves.
- Mix together wheat flour and maida well.
- Add the spinach paste and mix well.
- Knead it to make a stiff dough with milk.
- :- Do not use water for kneading.
- Keep the dough for about an hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll them into small poories.
- Deep fry them in oil.
