Bengal gram
Kadalaparippu
1 1/2
cups
Powdered sugar
3/4
cup
Ghee
Instructions
Semi roast Bengal gram in a pan.
:- Make sure it doesn`t get burnt.
Grind it to a fine powder.
Mix it with the powdered sugar and keep it aside in a bowl.
Melt the ghee in another pan.
Add the above ghee into the mixture in the bowl and mix well so as to form a dough.
Make small balls off the above dough.
:- Store them in a tight container.
