Tender Mango Chutney(Kanni Manga Chutney)

Spicy and easy kanni manga chutney to go with rice or kanji or idlis

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Tender mango cut into small pieces, medium sized
  • 6 - Shallots peeled and cut into two, Kunjulli
  • 8 - Red chillies roasted, Kollamulaku
  • 3 - Curry leaves
  • Sugar A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind together all the ingredients(except coconut oil) in a mixer grinder.
  • Add coconut oil in the end for taste.
  • :- Can add a piece of ginger, if reqd.
  • :- Serve with rice or idlis or dosas.
