Tender Mango Chutney(Kanni Manga Chutney)
Spicy and easy kanni manga chutney to go with rice or kanji or idlis

- 1 no Tender mango cut into small pieces, medium sized
- 6 - Shallots peeled and cut into two, Kunjulli
- 8 - Red chillies roasted, Kollamulaku
- 3 - Curry leaves
- Sugar A pinch
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
Grind together all the ingredients(except coconut oil) in a mixer grinder.
Add coconut oil in the end for taste.
:- Can add a piece of ginger, if reqd.
:- Serve with rice or idlis or dosas.
