Ingredients
- Tender mango(cut into small pieces, medium sized) - 1 no
- Shallots(peeled and cut into two, Kunjulli) - 6 -
- Red chillies(roasted, Kollamulaku) - 8 -
- Curry leaves - 3 -
- Sugar(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water - 1 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Grind together all the ingredients(except coconut oil) in a mixer grinder.
- Add coconut oil in the end for taste.
- :- Can add a piece of ginger, if reqd.
- :- Serve with rice or idlis or dosas.
