Tender Mango Chutney(Kanni Manga Chutney) Spicy and easy kanni manga chutney to go with rice or kanji or idlis 1 no Tender mango (cut into small pieces, medium sized)6 - Shallots (peeled and cut into two, Kunjulli)8 - Red chillies (roasted, Kollamulaku)3 - Curry leavesSugar (A pinch)Salt (As reqd)1 tbsp Water1 tsp Coconut oil Grind together all the ingredients(except coconut oil) in a mixer grinder.Add coconut oil in the end for taste.:- Can add a piece of ginger, if reqd.:- Serve with rice or idlis or dosas.
