Instructions
Mix the milk powder with beaten egg and baking powder to form a smooth dough.
Boil the milk with sugar and cardamom.
Make small balls with the prepared dough and flatten it slightly to get a oval shape.
Drop the balls into the boiling milk.
Cover it with a lid.
Check after a few mins to see if it has puffed.
If it has, then, turn off the stove.
Add the essence and chopped nuts.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours before serving.
:- Makes about 10 - 13 balls.
