Place the cauliflower pieces in water and heat for 5 mins.
Mix together corn flour, gram flour or besan, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and soya sauce with water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Dip the florets in the above batter.
Deep fry them, till they become crispy.
Remove them from the pan onto a plate.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in the same pan.
Fry onions, till it becomes golden brown.
Add capsicum and fry for a min.
Add a pinch of soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and salt.
Add the fried cauliflower and mix well, till the cauliflower is coated
with sauce.
