Grind together tomato, spices and the powders. Keep it aside.
Crush the peppercorns and keep it aside too.
Clean and cut mutton into medium pieces.
Marinate it with the ground masala for 1 hr.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
Add onion and fry, till golden brown.
Add the marinated mutton.
Add enough hot water and salt.
Cook for 20 - 30 mins.
Add crushed pepper.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
