Turmeric powder

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add curry leaves.
Add crushed garlic and saute.
When it becomes golden brown, add the powders and saute.
When the raw smell leaves, turn off the flame.
Add curd.
Add salt.
Mix it well along with little water.
:- Serve with rice.
