Garlic Curd

Spicy garlic curd

Ingredients
  

  • 7 - Garlic pods
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 500 gm Curd
  • Olive oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Add crushed garlic and saute.
  • When it becomes golden brown, add the powders and saute.
  • When the raw smell leaves, turn off the flame.
  • Add curd.
  • Add salt.
  • Mix it well along with little water.
  • :- Serve with rice.
