Cook potatoes and keep it aside.
Cook paalak and methi leaves.
Chop the onions and mix it along with potatoes and leaves. Paneer pieces can also be added.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chilly paste, lime juice and salt to the potatoes and leaves.
Mix well.
Make small balls off the above mixture.
Using your palm, make it into an oval shape.
Mix together maida and water and make it into a paste.
Dip the balls in the maida paste and then dip it in rava.
Deep fry in oil, till golden brown.
