Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Potato
  • 15 gm Paalak Spinach
  • 30 gm Paneer optional
  • 5 gm Fenugreek leaves Uluva/Methi
  • 50 gm Onion
  • 30 gm Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 30 gm Semolina Rava/Sooji
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly paste
  • Lime juice A few drops
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes and keep it aside.
  • Cook paalak and methi leaves.
  • Chop the onions and mix it along with potatoes and leaves. Paneer pieces can also be added.
  • Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chilly paste, lime juice and salt to the potatoes and leaves.
  • Mix well.
  • Make small balls off the above mixture.
  • Using your palm, make it into an oval shape.
  • Mix together maida and water and make it into a paste.
  • Dip the balls in the maida paste and then dip it in rava.
  • Deep fry in oil, till golden brown.
