chopped finely

Grated coconut

Green chillies

Asafoetida
A pinch, Kayam

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves
chopped

As reqd
Oil for frying
Instructions
Soak aval for 10 mins.
Drain excess water.
Add all the ingredients into the bowl containing aval.
Mix well.
:- Do not add water, while making the dough.
Make small vadas with hand.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry vadas, till golden brown and crisp.
:- Serve hot with chutney.
