Poha/Aval

Onion
chopped finely

Grated
coconut

Green chillies
chopped
Asafoetida
A pinch, Kayam
1
tsp
Curry leaves
1
tsp
Coriander leaves
chopped
Salt
As reqd
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Soak aval for 10 mins.
Drain excess
water
.
Add all the ingredients into the bowl containing aval.
Mix well.
:- Do not add
water
, while making the dough.
Make small vadas with hand.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Fry vadas, till golden brown and crisp.
:- Serve hot with chutney.
