  • Soak aval for 10 mins.
  • Drain excess water.
  • Add all the ingredients into the bowl containing aval.
  • Mix well.
  • :- Do not add water, while making the dough.
  • Make small vadas with hand.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry vadas, till golden brown and crisp.
  • :- Serve hot with chutney.
