Spicy Methi Poories

Rajasthani Poories made with Fenugreek(Uluva/Methi) leaves

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour Kadala podi
  • 3/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1 tsp Asafoetida powder Kayam
  • 4 - Dried fenugreek leaves Uluva
  • 1 - Green chillies chopped into small pieces
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients.
  • Knead them well to form a dough.
  • Roll them out into small poories.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Make poories the usual way.
