Mutton Paalak Curry

A deadly combination of mutton and paalak

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 10 tsp Spinach Paalak
  • 4 pieces Onion
  • 2 tsp Green chillies
  • 6 tsp Red chilly+ginger+garlic
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 tbsp Oil – 2
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions along with chadhakiya (green chilly) and saute till they become brown in colour.
  • Add mutton.
  • Add the red chilly, ginger, garlic solution along with salt.
  • Cover the pan and allow it to cook.
  • Add paalak and cook for about 2 min.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot.
