Hot Pepper Chicken Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 800 gm Chicken cut into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 nos Onions paste large
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 - Freshly ground pepper
  • Curd(well beaten) - 1 1/2 cups, well
  • 3 nos Bay leaves Vazhana ela

Instructions
 

  • Wash chicken thoroughly and marinate it overnight with onions, curd/yoghurt, ginger, garlic and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves and fry for 2 mins.
  • Take the chicken pieces out of the marinate and fry them till they are brown.
  • Add the liquid portion of the marination and fry it till the smell of the ginger/garlic is no longer there. Make sure that the chicken is at least 3/4 th done.
  • Add the ground pepper and cover it and cook on low heat till the chicken is done.
  • :- Serve hot with rice.
