Cook green peas, beans, carrot and potato along with salt and water till it is almost done.
Steam cauliflower separately for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add aniseeds.
Add garlic, ginger & green chillies.
When it is done, add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add all the powders and saute for a while.
Add a little salt.
Add all the cooked vegetables.
Pour coconut milk and when the bubbles start coming, switch off the flame.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
