A crunchy, crispy, tasty fried snack for evening tea time. It is a recipe of delicious and hot pakodas made by dipping cauliflower chunks in a batter of besan flours with a pinch of various spices. The Indian version of fritters are popularly known as pakora or Pakoda or pakodi or bajji. Relish this amazing and mouth drooling Gobhi Pakora which is crusty on outside and soft on the inside.
Make a thick batter with gram flour and water by adding all the above ingredients except for cauliflower & oil.
Heat a pan with enough oil for deep frying.
When the oil is really hot, put small amounts of chopped cauliflower into the mixture & fry till they turn golden brown. Keep flipping the sides till the pakodas are done.
