Soak the rice in water for about 10 min., wash it and leave it to drain.
Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil.
Add cloves, cardamom and boil for sometime.
Then, add the rice and cook for sometime.
Drain the water off and keep it aside.
Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, melt the butter/ghee with the oil
over moderately low heat.
Add the onions and cook stirring occasionally, until translucent, for about 5 minutes.
Then, add the eggs and tomatoes into it and cook for 2 min.
Add pepper powder, soya sauce and ajinomotto into this followed by rice and stir well.
