Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Basmati rice
  • 1 no. Carrot
  • 6 Nos. Beans
  • 1/4 Piece Cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Green Peas
  • 1 no Onion small
  • 1 no Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Ajinomoto Optional
  • Spring onion A small bunch for garnishing
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the vegetables into fine pieces.
  • Cook rice along with a tsp of salt and a few drops of oil. Drain and keep aside.
  • Heat butter and oil in a nonstick wok.
  • Add onion and fry, till it becomes soft.
  • Add all the vegetables, one at a time and saute, till they become soft.
  • Add salt, turmeric, pepper and ajinomoto. Add soy sauce and stir.
  • Add the rice and stir carefully on full heat.
  • Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
  • :- Serve with any spicy side dish.
