Raisins(Onakka munthiri)(fried in ghee)
Cashewnuts(fried in ghee)
Cardamom powder
A pinch, Elakka
Instructions
Fry vemicelli in ghee, until golden brown and keep it aside.
Boil the milk.
Add fried vermicelli and cook for 8 - 10 mins.
Add sugar, fried raisins, fried cashewnuts and cardamom powder and mix well.
Boil for 2 - 3 mins.
:- Serve hot or chilled.
