Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Potato boiled and mashed
  • Black gram A pinch, Uzhunnuparippu
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 cups Gram flour Kadalapodi
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
  • Add black gram, onions, ginger and green chillies and fry, till they turn almost golden brown.
  • Add the mashed potatoes and cook for 2 - 3 mins. Keep it aside.
  • Mix together gram flour or besan and rice flour along with enough water to make a batter.
  • Make small balls off the mashed potatoes.
  • Dip them in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  • :- Serve hot.
