Oil for frying
Instructions
Make a fine mixture of onion and tomato in a mixer grinder.
Add all other ingredients into it (except bread slices) along with water, so as to make a smooth batter.
:- Do not make it too hard.
Heat up the pan or a kadai.
Cut the breads diagonally to get triangular shapes.
Dip a triangular slice in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
Cook on both the sides.
:- You can cook 2 - 3 slices at a time.
Repeat the process for the remaining slices.
:- Serve hot with sauce.
