Bread Pakoda Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Bread slices
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 3 - Gramflour Kadala podi
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Make a fine mixture of onion and tomato in a mixer grinder.
  • Add all other ingredients into it (except bread slices) along with water, so as to make a smooth batter.
  • :- Do not make it too hard.
  • Heat up the pan or a kadai.
  • Cut the breads diagonally to get triangular shapes.
  • Dip a triangular slice in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Cook on both the sides.
  • :- You can cook 2 - 3 slices at a time.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining slices.
  • :- Serve hot with sauce.
