Bread Pakoda Easy Pakodas made with bread 4 nos Bread slices2 nos Onion1 no Tomato3 - Gramflour (Kadala podi)1/2 tbsp Cumin powder (Jeerakam)1/2 tbsp Chilly powder1/2 tbsp Garlic pasteTurmeric powder (As reqd)Salt (As reqd)Oil for frying Make a fine mixture of onion and tomato in a mixer grinder.Add all other ingredients into it (except bread slices) along with water, so as to make a smooth batter.:- Do not make it too hard.Heat up the pan or a kadai.Cut the breads diagonally to get triangular shapes.Dip a triangular slice in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.Cook on both the sides.:- You can cook 2 - 3 slices at a time.Repeat the process for the remaining slices.:- Serve hot with sauce.
