Cut the cake into slices (thickness of a bread slice).
Microwave the cake slices for 1 min so that it becomes warm n spongy.
Microwave good quality ice cream for 1/2 a min.
Pour ice cream over the warm cake slices.
:- The ice cream will be completely absorbed by the cake.
Lay 1 soaked cake slice on a serving plate.
Place on top an arrowroot biscuit.
Place another soaked slice over this.
:- It will look like cake sandwich with arrowroot filling.
Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hrs.
:- Instead of arrowroot biscuits, you can fill with anything that is available like dates, other fruits, nuts, cornflakes etc.
