Simple Cake Pudding
Simple and yummy dessert with cake, ice cream and filling
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut the cake into slices (thickness of a bread slice).
- Microwave the cake slices for 1 min so that it becomes warm n spongy.
- Microwave good quality ice cream for 1/2 a min.
- Pour ice cream over the warm cake slices.
- :- The ice cream will be completely absorbed by the cake.
- Lay 1 soaked cake slice on a serving plate.
- Place on top an arrowroot biscuit.
- Place another soaked slice over this.
- :- It will look like cake sandwich with arrowroot filling.
- Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hrs.
