Vinegar
Instructions
Crush together onions, curry leaves, chilly powder and salt.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add the crushed mixture and cook for 2 mins.
Transfer this mixture to a small bowl.
Add vinegar to it and mix well.
:- Goes well even if all that there is on the menu is rice, mor(pacchaa or kaacheethe) and yesterday`s thoran.
