Garlic pods
Instructions
Crush coconut, cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic.
Boil the vegetables in a pan along with salt and chillies.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds followed by black gram and dry red chillies.
Add tumeric powder, chilly powder, boiled vegetables and crushed mixture.
Mix well.
:- Serve hot.
