For preparing the tasty snack, first peel off the skin of the plantains and put them in water.
Pour sour curd into this water to get rid of the plantains serum.
Leave it aside for 30 mins.
Strain the excess water off.
Cut the plantains right from the middle into two and then into pieces of quarter inch size.
Heat oil in a wide pan(preferably Urali).
Bring it to boil.
Slowly, put the cut pieces into the boiling oil.
Once they are cooked and crisp, remove from the oil using a strainer.
Dissolve jaggery in water and bring this to a boil.
Stir continuously, till it`s consistency gets thick.
:- Make sure that it doesn't get too thick.
Slowly, put the fried plantains into this and mix well.
Add powdered cardamom, dry ginger, cumin seeds and ghee into this and mix well.
