Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Semolina Do not fry the rava, Rava/Sooji
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Dalda
  • 6 nos Cardamom powdered, Elakka
  • 1 tsp Kesari powder
  • 10 nos Cashewnuts

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Milk Kesari Easy, first deep fry the cashew nuts in dalda and keep it aside.
  • Heat up a pan or a kadai.
  • Add all the ingredients one by one into the vessel and cook it.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered vessel and keep it aside.
  • Cut Milk Kesari into desired shapes and enjoy.
