Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Baby potato unpeeled and cut into roundels
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 tsp Fennel Perinjeerakam
  • 2 - Garlic pods
  • 4 nos Red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind together coconut, fennel, red chillies, turmeric powder and garlic into a paste.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan or a kadai.
  • Add potatoes and salt.
  • Cook, till it is half done.
  • Add the ground masala and fry, till the raw smell goes.
  • Cook on a medium flame, till the oil starts to separate.
