Chilli sauce to serve
Instructions
Boil the rice.
:- Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and chop the leaves of the spring onions.
Heat a wok till the surface is almost smoking. Then add the oil . 4)Add the vegetables and ajinomotto powder.
Cook on a high flame for 3 - 4 mins.
Add the cooked rice, soya sauce and salt and mix very well.
Cook for 2 mins.
:- Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
