Ingredients
- Basmati rice - 1/2 cup
- French beans - 100 gm
- Carrot - 100 gm
- Capsicum - 100 gm
- Celery - 4 sticks
- Spring onions(A bunch) -
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Ajinomotto powder - 1/2 tsp
- Refined oil - 4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Green chillies in vinegar -
- Chilli sauce to serve -

Instructions
- Boil the rice.
- :- Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces and chop the leaves of the spring onions.
- Heat a wok till the surface is almost smoking. Then add the oil . 4)Add the vegetables and ajinomotto powder.
- Cook on a high flame for 3 - 4 mins.
- Add the cooked rice, soya sauce and salt and mix very well.
- Cook for 2 mins.
- :- Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
