Mushroom With Coconut

A simple, tasty mushroom curry with a coconut, spices flavor. It can be prepared with readily available ingredients in your kitchen. This quick, delicious Mushroom masala curry goes well with rice, chapathi, and any Indian breads.The mushrooms are coated and cooked with coconut , spices mixture.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 nos Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 stick Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 4 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 3 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 3 - Red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 3 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Roast all the spices in a pan.
  • When it starts to emit a nice aroma, add coconut.
  • Roast coconut, till it turns slightly brown.
  • Grind them along with enough water to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mushrooms and sautT for a while.
  • Add the ground paste and water, if required.
  • Add salt and bring to a boil.
  • Lower the flame and let it simmer for 5 - 10 mins.
  • :- Serve with rice.
