Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds Khashakhasha
  • 1 - Onion
  • Garlic A small piece
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mushroom thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter poppy seeds.
  • Add garlic, green chilly and onions and fry, until onions turn golden brown.
  • Add salt, garam masala and pepper powder.
  • Add mushrooms and stir well.
  • Cover and cook on a low flame, till it is done.
  • :- Do not use water.
  • :- Serve hot with rice. :- You can add tomatoes, if you like.
