Instructions
Wash the mushroom thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter poppy seeds.
Add garlic, green chilly and onions and fry, until onions turn golden brown.
Add salt, garam masala and pepper powder.
Add mushrooms and stir well.
Cover and cook on a low flame, till it is done.
:- Do not use water.
:- Serve hot with rice. :- You can add tomatoes, if you like.
