Heat up a pan or a kadai.
Add coconut and fry, till they turn brown.
Add chilly powder, coriander
powder and fenugreek powder.
Fry, till you get rid of the raw smell.
Grind it into a fine paste.
Cook beans in 1 cup of water along with salt and turmeric powder.
Add tamarind juice.
Add the ground coconut mixture, small onions and green chillies.
Cook, till the desired consistency is reached.
:- It should neither be too watery nor too thick.
Heat oil in a small pan.
Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Pour the above seasoning into the curry and mix well.
