Rava Laddoo

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Semolina Rava/Sooji
  • 3/4 cup Sugar powdered
  • 4 nos Cardamom powdered, Elakka
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • Raisins and cashews(fried in ghee) As reqd, Onakka munthiri

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Fry rava.
  • Grind it to a coarse powder.
  • Mix together the fried rava, coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, raisins and cashews in a plate.
  • Boil milk.
  • Add milk to rava, 1 tbsp at a time.
  • Mix well some rava with hands and roll into balls.
