Soya sauce

tbsp
Vinegar
1
tsp
Chilly powder

tsp
Pepper powder
Ginger
garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt
As reqd
Corn flour
As reqd
Oil for frying
Instructions
Shell the prawns but leave the tails in tact.
Devein, wash and pat dry.
Mix together soya sauce, vinegar, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
Marinate the prawns with the above for 30 mins.
Add enough corn flour to absorb all the moisture.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Fry the marinated prawns, few at a time, in moderately hot oil.
:- Serve immediately.
