Tomato & Dal Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 3 tbsp Bengal gram Kadalaparippu
  • 2 - Red chillies Kollamulaku
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 - Oil

Instructions
 

  • Roast dal and chillies in a pan.
  • Fry onion, till they become translucent.
  • Fry tomato separately, till they become soft.
  • :- Do not let any one of them get burned.
  • Grind together all the fried ingredients in a blender.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • :- Serve with dosa, idli or chappathis.
