Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Fish
  • 1 no Onion cut into small pieces
  • 3 nos Garlic pods
  • Ginger A small piece
  • 3 - Green chilly
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 3 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder Uluva
  • 1/2 cup Hot & Spicy Ketchup
  • 4 - Kukum star soaked in water along with salt, Kodampuli
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add green chilly, onion, garlic and ginger and fry for 5 mins.
  • When it is half cooked, add chilly powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder and turmeric powder.
  • Add kukum star along with the reqd quantity of water.
  • Add ketchup and stir well.
  • Cook for 15 mins.
