Ingredients
  

  • 2 glass Basmati rice
  • 10 pieces Spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 big Ginger finely chopped
  • 3 nos Garlic pods finely chopped
  • 4 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 big Maggie chicken cube
  • 1 tbsp Ghee or oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash the rice and soak it for 30 mins.
  • Boil it and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Add spring onions and maggie cube.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well.
  • :- Vegeterians can use maggie masala cube.
