Onions
finely chopped, medium

Tomato
sliced, small

Turmeric powder

Chilly powder

Water
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onions and saute, till they turn golden brown.
Add tomatoes and fry, till the tomatoes become tender.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and stir well.
Fry for 2 mins.
Add a cup of water and mix well.
Slip in the eggs.
Allow it to boil.
Remove from the flame, when the water dries up completely.
