Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add onions and fry, till they turn light brown in colour.
Add enough salt, green chillies, ginger and garlic and fry.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and black pepper powder and stir well.
Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally.
Add cashew paste and cook for about 5 mins.
Add coriander leaves, just before finishing.
Garnish with extra coriander leaves, once the dish is transferred to the serving bowl.
