slit lengthwise

sliced into fine strips

Curry leaves

Turmeric powder

Coconut milk
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Heat oil in a wide pan.
SautT the onion, chillies and garlic.
Add 10 curry leaves.
When the onions turn translucent, add turmeric powder and salt.
Add coconut milk and heat through.
Add lobsters and simmer gently.
Fry remaining 10 curry leaves in a separate pan.
:- Lobsters should be cooked in 7 - 9 minutes, depending on size.
Garnish with fried curry leaves and coriander leaves.
:- Serve in deep dish laden with their sauce with steamed rice alongside.
