Curry leaves

Baking soda
A pinch

Mustard seeds
A pinch
Cumin seeds
A little, Jeerakam
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Add onion, chillies and curry leaves and saute onion, till it becomes transparent.
Mix wheat flour with water, until it gets a watery consistency.
Add a pinch of baking soda along with the sauteed onions and mix well.
Use this batter to make dosas.
