Godhumai Dosai

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, big
  • 2 nos Red chillies Kollamulaku
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Baking soda A pinch
  • Oil As reqd
  • Mustard seeds A pinch
  • Cumin seeds A little, Jeerakam
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  • Add onion, chillies and curry leaves and saute onion, till it becomes transparent.
  • Mix wheat flour with water, until it gets a watery consistency.
  • Add a pinch of baking soda along with the sauteed onions and mix well.
  • Use this batter to make dosas.
