Simple Chilly Chicken

Easy way to prepare real chilly chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken skinned
  • 10 nos Green chillies
  • 5 sticks Cumin leaves
  • 20 nos Black pepper
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 - Raw garlic pods dont remove the skin
  • Onion(fienly chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the chicken.
  • Boil it in a cooker, upto 1 whistle.
  • Drain off the water.
  • Make a paste of green chillies, black pepper, salt, cumin leaves and garlic.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Add onions and fry, till they turn golden brown.
  • Add the paste and stir again.
  • Stir, till the oil starts to separate.
  • Add the chicken pieces along with one and half cups of water and cook it on a medium flame.
  • Cook, till the water gets evaporated.
