Mixed Cutlet

Mixed vegetables and chicken cutlet

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Beans
  • 100 gm Carrot
  • 100 gm Beans
  • 2 nos Potato
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Chicken(ground)(optional)
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  • Saute onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
  • Add the vegetables and saute again.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  • Cook, till the vegetables become soft.
  • :- Chicken can be added to make it tastier. :- Fried chicken pieces can be ground and added.
  • Boil the potatoes and mash it well.
  • Mix the mashed potatoes with the above cooked vegetables and chicken.
  • Make it into desired shapes.
  • Dip it in the beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Fry it in oil, till golden brown.
  • :- Serve with tomato sauce.
