Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Saute onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
Add the vegetables and saute again.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Cook, till the vegetables become soft.
:- Chicken can be added to make it tastier.
:- Fried chicken pieces can be ground and added.
Boil the potatoes and mash it well.
Mix the mashed potatoes with the above cooked vegetables and chicken.
Make it into desired shapes.
Dip it in the beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
Fry it in oil, till golden brown.
:- Serve with tomato sauce.
