Tamilnadu Carrot And Beans Poriyal

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Carrot
  • 1/4 kg Beans
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves A few

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Mix together the chopped vegetables, onion, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add some water and cook it well together, until the vegetables become soft.
  • Heat a tsp of oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves and saute for a while.
  • Pour this seasoning into the curry and mix well.
